LNT Construction continues to build prestigious and high-quality care homes for Orchard. It has recently completed two care homes in Rastrick which are registered for residential and EMI dementia care.

The team has recently been granted planning permission to build another 3 homes. One of the homes will be in Longridge and Grimsby will become home to two 47 bedded homes on the same site. Aside from recent planning applications, LNT Construction is forecast to build and hand over another 5 homes between September 2007 and February 2008:

Preston - September 2007
Boroughbridge - October 2007
Leeming Bar - November 2007
Iveson House - February 2008
Scarborough - February 2008
