LNT Construction acquired the Former Frechville Adult Education Centre in February 2008 (detailed in previous new items) & has now been granted Planning Permission 1st July 2008.
The Planning application was granted at the Committee on first application & has the backing of local residents.
Demolition of the exiting building is to start immediately with the Construction of the new Care Home due to start late July 2008
