Having built 11 care homes for Orchard between January 2006 and April 2007, it is clear to see that LNT Construction is now a major player in care sector development.

The news is that LNT is continuing to grow. At this moment in time over 376 beds are being built for Orchard, on sites including Boroughbridge and Leeming Bar.

In recent weeks they have also been granted planning permission to build on sites Longridge near Preston and St Helens in Merseyside which will add another 176 beds to the total. Planning applications have been submitted for another 6 sites and if all goes well LNT construction will soon be building a further 412 beds.

While the numbers alone are impressive, what is equally as important is the standard to which LNT Construction builds all new homes. The cutting-edge design includes ensuites with shower wetroom, 20' flat screen TV, Sky TV, DVD player, mini fridge, telephone and internet facilities in each bedroom.
